Kaima Creative, a Vibethesia LLC company, makes video ads for businesses. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, where it’s kept, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
The email sign-up box. If you sign up, we save your email address, the date and time, and which page you signed up on. Nothing else. If the box can’t save and you email us instead, your email arrives in our inbox.
When you order. Square runs our checkout. It collects your name, your email address, your card details, the website you type in, and any other details its checkout asks for. We receive a record of your order. Square handles your card details; we never see your card number.
Your brief and materials. After you order, you send us your brief by email: details about your business and your offer, the phone number and link for your ad, your logo, colors, photos, and anything else you choose to share. If you want a caricature of someone, that includes their photo and their OK. We also look at your public website and social pages to make your Spot.
Visiting our site. Our site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics or ad tracking. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Our web host, Cloudflare, may keep basic technical records of visits (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To send you the emails you signed up for.
- To make and deliver your Spot, and to talk with you about it.
- To take payments, give refunds, and keep business and tax records.
- To keep the site running and safe.
Where it’s kept
- Sign-ups: a private storage area (Cloudflare Workers KV) that belongs to our website on Cloudflare.
- Orders and payments: Square.
- Emails and briefs: our mailbox, [email protected], hosted by Hostinger.
- Your project files: on our own computer and in our Google Drive. Our written project notes (not your photos or videos) are kept in a private GitHub repository.
- The tools we use to make Spots: some are AI services, currently Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini and ElevenLabs. We use them for writing, reviewing, images and voiceover, so parts of your brief and materials pass through them while we make your Spot.
Our email list
We’ll only email you about Kaima. To get off the list, reply “stop” to any email from us, or email [email protected]. We’ll take you off the list and delete your sign-up.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the services listed above, to run Kaima Creative, or when the law requires it.
Deleting your information
Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your information. We’ll delete it, except what we have to keep, such as payment and tax records.
Children
Kaima Creative is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
